Every winning poker player understands the odds of winning in most situations. Remember that all poker games are games of percentages and probability. Many players play under the incorrect assumption that poker is a game of luck.
Every Player should be aware about how to count outs and calculate poker odds, as it is a fundamental requirement of Texas Hold'em. While the math used to calculate odds might sound scary and over the head of a new player, it really isn't as hard as it looks. In fact, most of the time, you only need to know elementary arithmetic to figure out your odds.
Poker Odds generates a wealth of statistics about any incomplete game of Texas Holdem'. You can specify any known pocket, community, or dead cards. Then, based on this, Poker Odds will calculate:
- The odds that you will win or lose your specified hand
- What kinds of hands are likely to be your highest hand
- The odds that each kind of hand will come out for you
- The odds that each kind of hand will come out for your opponents
- The odds that your opponents will win or lose your specified hand.
